Can I pay later?

Yes, you can! At Smartblinds, you can pay later with Klarna or Riverty. With these options, you can pay for your order at a later time. More information about these payment methods can be found below.

Where can I enter a discount code or gift card code?

Do you have a discount code or gift card? You can only enter it when you are logged into your account. Then, in your shopping cart, you can apply the code to your order total.

Can I pay as a business?

It is possible to order our Smartblinds for business purposes. However, you cannot pay on account. Once you have completed the payment for your order using one of our payment methods, you will receive an invoice with our VAT number. You can then claim the VAT back on your order.

How does paying with iDEAL work?

With iDEAL, you can pay for your order quickly and securely through the online banking environment of your trusted bank. Payments made with iDEAL are received instantly, allowing us to process your order immediately after payment.

How does paying with a credit card work? Mastercard/Visa/Maestro

With a credit card, you can easily and securely pay for your order. Smartblinds accepts credit cards from Mastercard and Visa. Our highly secure payment system ensures that you can enter your credit card details safely and easily. You can then complete the payment in the environment of your credit card provider.

How does paying with Klarna work?

Klarna is often chosen as a payment method for paying later. When selecting Klarna, you can complete the payment through Klarna. Klarna processes the payment. Once your product is delivered, you need to settle the invoice within the specified period (within 30 days). For paying later, Klarna will perform a credit check.

How does paying with Afterpay/Riverty work?

With Afterpay/Riverty, you can pay later just like with Klarna. Riverty checks your credit and then processes your payment. After your order is shipped, you need to pay within the period specified by Riverty.

How does paying with PayPal work?

With PayPal, you can pay safely and quickly without having to enter your credit card or bank details. After selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. Here, you can complete the payment. The amount will then be deducted from your PayPal balance or the account linked to your PayPal balance. Once the payment is complete, we can process your order immediately.

How does paying with SEPA transfer work?

With SEPA, you make a transfer directly from your own online banking. Follow the steps during checkout. You will then receive the necessary details (IBAN, payment reference, etc.) from us, which we will also send to you via email. Next, you log into your banking environment to complete the transfer with the provided details. The payment is typically processed within 1 business day, often within minutes. Once the payment is processed, your order will also be processed.

Paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay

If you have added your bank to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you can also pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Simply select this payment method at checkout. You can confirm the payment using your Face ID, fingerprint, or phone PIN. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately.
