At Smartblinds, we place great value on providing excellent service. We do everything we can to deliver orders to your home as efficiently and quickly as possible. Below, we answer the most important questions about the shipping and delivery of your order with Smartblinds. What are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs. At Smartblinds, we offer free delivery on every order, regardless of the order value. In fact, with every order (excluding individual accessories), we include a free 3-meter USB-C charging cable worth £12.79!

What are the delivery times?

For the custom production and delivery of your Smartblinds to your doorstep, we use the following delivery times:

  • Roller blinds: within 15 working days

  • Day and night blinds: within 15 working days

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, and mainland UK (Wales, England, Scotland). We do not yet deliver to other countries.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After your order is placed, we will work hard to produce your products exactly as requested. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped to your address. Further information about the delivery will be supplied by our UK transport partner DX Delivery.

Do I need to be home at the time of delivery?

Yes, someone needs to be home when your order is delivered. You will be informed in advance about the expected delivery time of your order. If you want to change the delivery time, you can arrange this with DX Delivery.

Which transport partners do you work with?
