At Smartblinds, we offer a 2-year warranty on all fabrics and materials. If your Smartblind shows defects within 2 years, please contact our service team. We will provide a solution as soon as possible. If the defects are caused by external factors, the warranty does not apply. In such cases, we recommend contacting your insurance provider.
